Hi ngu, I game shared my account with my brother, but someone got into my PSN account and deactivated it online. Can my brother reactivate it again since it was deactivated online? (Managed to get my account back) or if I never sign back in on it will games still be accessible?

I believe once it's deactivated, you can activate it on 2 consoles, but won't be able to deactivate for another 6 months. May be wrong.
